2. Pricing & Fees

- Service fees will be agreed upon before work begins.

- We handle the planning and arrangements, while your tickets and reservations are issued directly by our travel partners. 

- Our service fees are always explained in advance..

- Once services are rendered, fees are non-refundable.

3. Responsibility

- We act as an advisor; we are not liable for delays, cancellations, provider errors, or acts beyond our control.

- We will assist you in pursuing compensation or refunds where applicable (e.g., EU law passenger rights).

4. Client Obligations

- You agree to provide accurate travel information and timely responses.

- Final booking decisions and payments rest with you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

- Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services.

- We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party providers.

6. Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
